We dispatch 99% of orders via Royal Mail 1st Class post. If your order is especially large or heavy we may need to send your order with a courier service. If we send your order via courier we will let you know which courier we have used and provide you with a tracking number.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. In the unkikely event that your order is delayed we will contact you, with a updated dispatch date.
Returns
Personalised or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged in which case we will send an immediate replacement.
If we have made an error with your order you choose to have a replacement sent or a full refund.
