These are our terms and conditions, please read them with care.
Personalised or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged in which case we will send an immediate replacement.
If we have made an error with your order you can decide to either have a replacement sent or receive a full refund.
All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, unless otherwise advised.
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to items which have been personalised or customised specifically for you.
